Moody's Upgrades Montenegro's Outlook to Positive

Montenegro's Ministry of Finance announced that Moody's has upgraded the country's economic outlook to positive, citing stable economic growth projected at 3-3.5% annually until 2028 and favorable public debt servicing capacity.
