DSK: Kosovo President Must Be Elected by Agreement, Not Improvisation

The Democratic League of Kosovo (DSK) stated that the new President of Kosovo must be elected through political agreement, not procedural improvisations, and warned that any failure in this process would be the responsibility of Self-Determination.
