Kosovo President's Cabinet Proposes Direct Election of President by Citizens

The head of Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani's cabinet, Ljearta Holaj, announced that the presidency is ready to send constitutional amendments to the Assembly for a vote, proposing that citizens directly elect the president.
