Russia and North Korea strengthen alliance with new road link and potential troop deployment

Moscow and Pyongyang are finalizing construction of their first direct road link, further tightening their alliance. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy claims the Kremlin plans to bring another 30,000 North Korean troops to fight in Ukraine.
