Brazilian Woman Dies After Hit-and-Run in Portugal, Family Seeks Dignified Burial
Luana Assis Champagne, a Brazilian woman, died three days after being hit by a car in Portugal on February 27. Her body remains at the IML, and her mother is appealing for help to ensure her daughter receives a dignified burial before she might be interred as indigent after 45 days.
