Eastern Visayas marks Labor Day with over 6,800 job openings

TACLOBAN CITY — Thousands of job seekers across Eastern Visayas converged on Labor Day job fairs on Friday, May 1, as participating companies offered at least 6,806 employment opportunities throughout the region. Of the total vacancies, 2,872 were available in Tacloban City alone during a major job fair held at the Tacloban City Convention Center.
