Finnish Consumer Authority Questions Legality of Kuopio Vilkku-bike Terms of Use

The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (Kilpailu- ja kuluttajavirasto) assesses that some terms of use for Kuopio's Vilkku-bikes may be partly illegal, particularly those preventing compensation payments in case of service errors.
