FKA Twigs Prevails in First Round of Trademark Battle

Artist FKA Twigs has won the initial round in her legal trademark dispute against the indie band The Twigs. A judge ruled that the two sisters could not sue the artist, citing that they had "let their claims lie fallow for at least a decade."
