Flashing-Light Kites Disrupt Flights at Tan Son Nhat Airport
Several flights at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City were unable to take off or land on Thursday evening. The disruption was caused by three kites fitted with flashing lights spotted in the sky.
