An international food quality expert suggests that Serbian milk producers could be protected from cheap imported milk through the introduction of protective tariffs and detection of surrogate products.

Ekspert za kvalitet hrane: Uvoz mleka u Srbiju može da se kontroliše taksom i detekcijom surogata

Međunarodni ekspert za kvalitet hrane Ivan Smajlović rekao je danas da bi domaći proizvođači mleka mogli da se odbrane od jefinog uvoznog mleka iz Evrope tako što bi se uveli prelevmani - zaštitna taksa kojom se nadoknađuje razlika između niže cene uvezene robe i više cene domaćeg proizvoda, i kontrolom kvaliteta uvoza inovativnom tehnologijom (EIM) za detekciju jeftinih surogata u tom i drugim proizvodima.
