Former Dutch Ambassador: Ukraine could become more important for European security than NATO’s Article 5

Robert Serry, the first Ambassador of the Netherlands to Ukraine, who served from 1992 to 1996, believes that Ukraine could become more important to European security than Article 5 of the Washington Treaty.
