Former Moldovan Deputy PM Viktor Osipov Placed Under Judicial Control, Appeals to ECHR
Viktor Osipov, former Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration, has been transferred from preliminary arrest to judicial control in a case concerning duty-free schemes in Transnistria. Osipov maintains his innocence and has appealed to the European Court of Human Rights.
