Former NAFCO CEO Seeks Release of Seized Assets and Challenges New Charges

Lawyers for Hanan Abdul-Wahab, the former CEO of NAFCO, are moving to strike out fresh criminal charges against him. Abdul-Wahab is also asking the court to compel EOCO and BNI to release his seized passport and cash.

Lawyers for the former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Food Buffer Stock Company (NAFCO), Hanan Abdul-Wahab Aludiba, has filed a motion at the Criminal Division of the Accra High Court seeking to strike out fresh charges brought against him by the prosecution.
