Former Polish Constitutional Tribunal Presidents Appeal Over Judges' Situation

Four former presidents of Poland's Constitutional Tribunal have appealed to the Sejm Marshal, Włodzimierz Czarzasty, to address the 'undignified' situation of four judges who are not permitted to rule in the Tribunal.
