Former Portuguese PJ Director Denies Knowledge of Trailer Movement

Luísa Proença, former director of seized assets for the Portuguese Judicial Police (PJ), denies ever being informed about the movement of a trailer that eventually came into possession of a contractor and friend of Luís Neves.
