Former PRA Chief Alberto Agra Acquitted of Graft Charges
Former Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA) chief Alberto Agra has been acquitted of graft charges. The Sandiganbayan Third Division found insufficient evidence to establish that Agra represented, directed, and instructed the execution of the subject Memoranda of Agreement.
