Former Teš Director Uroš Rotnik and Co-defendants Found Guilty of Abuse of Position

Uroš Rotnik, former director of the Šoštanj Thermal Power Plant (Teš), and his co-defendants were found guilty of abuse of position by the Celje court in a case involving the procurement of meters for the plant's fifth block.

Nekdanji direktor Teša in soobtoženi spoznani za krive

Uroš Rotnik, nekdanji direktor Termoelektrarne Šoštanj (Teš), in soobtoženi so bili na celjskem sodišču v zadevi nabave merilnikov za peti blok termoelektrarne spoznani za krive zlorabe položaja. Rotnik je dobil leto in štiri mesece zapora s preizkusno dobo treh let ter 40.000 evrov denarne kazni. Obtoženi morajo ob tem Tešu skupaj vrniti več kot 285.000 evrov z obrestmi.
