French Journalist Christophe Gleizes Detained in Algeria

French Foreign Minister assures that journalist Christophe Gleizes, arrested in May 2024 in Algeria while reporting on a Kabyle football club, is 'doing well.' He was initially placed under judicial control and then imprisoned in June 2025 after being sentenced for 'apology of terrorism.'
