Odisha fugitive missing for 32 years found in cellar hideout

A 32-year manhunt concluded with the arrest of Rabindra Mallick, accused of a 1994 murder. Police discovered him in a secret underground chamber at his Jajpur home after he returned for a family event. Mallick had lived under false identities and worked as a mason in various states, evading capture for decades. His bail plea was denied.
