Germany Considers Amnesty for PKK Members, Ending Guerilla Era
After more than 40 years of conflict, Germany is reportedly taking steps towards reconciliation with Kurdish fighters, potentially granting amnesty to around 3,500 PKK members and offering relief for Kurds in Europe.
