Ghana Court Advances Wontumi GH¢30m EXIM Bank Fraud Case to Trial

A Ghanaian court has ordered the government to file mandatory disclosures in the GH¢30 million EXIM Bank fraud case against Wontumi. With plea bargain negotiations having collapsed, the matter will now proceed directly to trial.
