Ghana Finance Ministry Flags Unaccounted GARID and COVID Funds
Ghana's Finance Ministry has identified $4.2 million in unretired GARID funds and questioned the allocation of $65 million in flood protection cash diverted to COVID-19 expenses under the Akufo-Addo government. The ministry is also seeking clarification on a $3 million expenditure labeled as 'support'.
