Ghana Government Accused of Breaching ESLA Reporting Law
The Institute for Energy Policies and Research (INSTEPR) has accused the Ghanaian government of non-compliance with the Energy Sector Levies Act (ESLA) for allegedly failing to submit the 2025 management accounts of the levy to Parliament.
