TraffiTech system will not replace police visibility, ACP Obeng says

Director of Education, Research and Training at the Motor Traffic and Transport Department (MTTD), ACP Alexander Kwaku Obeng, has said that the introduction of technology-driven traffic enforcement system, TraffiTech-GH, will not mean the police will disappear from the roads.
