Security analyst calls for review of Vigilantism Act to address emerging threats

Security analyst Dr. Victor Doke is calling for a review of the Vigilantism and Related Offences Act, 2019 (Act 999), arguing that the changing nature of political vigilante mobilisation requires the law to be updated to address emerging threats.
