Electrical Engineer at Electricity Company of Ghana Limited, Hesford Quaye-Larbi has identified financial weakness as a major challenge confronting Ghana’s power sector, warning that persistent electricity losses are limiting the ability of distribution companies to generate enough revenue to meet their financial obligations.
