Production decline, reserve depletion threaten Ghana’s upstream sector – Jinapor

The Minister for Energy and Green Transition, Dr John Abdulai Jinapor, has identified declining oil production and the depletion of reserves as the most immediate challenges confronting Ghana’s upstream petroleum sector.
