On the anniversary of 9/11, leaders across the United States honored the victims and reflected on the impact of the tragedy on current foreign policy. Speaking at the Pentagon, President Trump paid homage to the fallen and reaffirmed the nation’s determination, particularly in its dealings with Iran. Defense Secretary Hegseth reinforced this message, relating the historical attacks to the ongoing war on terror.
