GM and Lockheed Martin partner to accelerate weapons production
US automotive giant General Motors and aerospace defense firm Lockheed Martin announced a partnership on June 16. The collaboration is reportedly aimed at accelerating weapons production, possibly in response to declining missile inventories and a push from the Trump administration amidst geopolitical tensions.
