Goražde Introduces One-Time Payment of 1,000 KM for Third Child

The city of Goražde in Bosnia and Herzegovina has implemented a new pro-natalist policy, offering a one-time payment of 1,000 Bosnian Marks to families who have a third child and every subsequent child.
