Heumarkt Project: Administrative Court Rejects Revision Against EIA Decision

The Administrative Court of Austria has rejected a revision against the environmental impact assessment (EIA) decision for the Heumarkt project. According to the Alliance For Nature, an EIA must be conducted even if UNESCO were to remove Vienna from the Red List.
