High Court quashes sexual harassment FIR, rules profanity not sexual remark
The high court quashed a First Information Report (FIR) against a Gurugram company boss, ruling that while his use of profanity was "undeniably uncouth and discourteous," it did not constitute a sexually colored remark under Section 354-A of the IPC.
