High School Student Arrested for Hit-and-Run in Yokohama Multi-Car Accident
A 17-year-old male high school student has been arrested in Yokohama on suspicion of hit-and-run and unlicensed driving, after his car collided with a line of traffic, injuring five people in an accident involving eight vehicles.
