Himanta Sarma Urges Assam Settlers to List Assamese as Mother Tongue in Census

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Sarma has urged settlers in the state to list Assamese as their mother tongue during the census, while stating that people in Barak Valley and tribals can exercise their own discretion.
