HNS Convention on Hazardous Cargo Liability to Take Effect in 2027
The International Convention on Liability and Compensation for Damage in Connection with the Carriage of Hazardous and Noxious Substances by Sea (HNS Convention) will come into force on November 29, 2027, providing a shield against damages from dangerous cargo.
