Hungarian-Ukrainian Agreement Points Could Take Effect This Year

Several points of the Hungarian-Ukrainian agreement concerning education, language use, and symbols could come into force this year if Ukraine acts quickly enough, according to the president of the Transcarpathian Hungarian Cultural Association.
