Hyderabad Man Fined Rs 6.70 Lakh by High Court for Excessive RTI Filings
The Allahabad High Court has imposed a cost of Rs 6.70 lakh on a Hyderabad man for filing 24 Right to Information (RTI) applications within a single month. The court deemed his actions an abuse of the RTI Act.
