Icelandic Justice Minister Proposes Two New Judges for Landsréttur
Iceland's Minister of Justice, Þorbjörg S. Gunnlaugsdóttir, has proposed to the President of Iceland that Eiríkur Elís Þorláksson and Hildur Briem be appointed as judges to the Landsréttur (Court of Appeal) starting in September and October 2026, respectively.
