Icelandic MP Jón Pétur Zimsen Becomes Parliament's 'Speech King'

Jón Pétur Zimsen of the Independence Party has been recognized as the 'speech king' of the recently concluded Icelandic parliament session, having spoken for a record 30 hours, more than any other MP.
