Icelandic Policewoman Convicted for Unauthorized Database Lookups, Officer Acquitted

An Icelandic policewoman, Aníta Rut Harðardóttir, has been convicted and fined by the District Court of Reykjanes for unauthorized lookups in the police information system (LÖKE). A male police officer involved in the same case was acquitted.
