Icelandic Political Scientist Discusses EU Accession Paths for Iceland and Montenegro

An Icelandic political scientist stated that it's difficult to imagine Iceland and Montenegro's EU accession processes becoming linked, given Iceland has already aligned most of its legislation with the EU.
