IEA Forecasts Accelerated Electricity Demand Growth
The International Energy Agency (IEA) predicts an acceleration in electricity demand, led by China with 5.5% growth and India recovering with 7%, while CO2 emissions from the power sector are expected to rise 1% by 2026 before stabilizing in 2027.
