Independent fire commission finally complete, only Aguiar-Branco missing to set the inauguration date

Following an alert from the President of the Republic during his visit to a locality affected by the 2025 fires, representatives from polytechnic institutes and rectors expedited the nomination of candidates, whose appointments are already before Parliament.
