Independent publishers accuse APEL of exclusion from the Book Fair and launch a petition
A petition against the exclusion of 40 independent publishers from the Lisbon Book Fair gathered more than 2000 signatures in 24 hours. APEL is favoring large publishing groups, accuse the promoters.
