Independent Review of RÚV Journalism Approved in Iceland

The board of the Icelandic National Broadcasting Service (RÚV) has approved an independent review of its journalistic procedures and quality management in program production and news reporting. The chairman of the board has already begun this work.

Stjórn Ríkisútvarpsins hefur samþykkt að ráðist verði í stefnumótunarvinnu hjá stofnuninni. Hefur Stefán Jón Hafstein stjórnarformaður þegar hafið þá vinnu og hyggst hann láta gera óháða úttekt á verkferlum og gæðastjórnun við dagskrárgerð og fréttamennsku hjá RÚV.
