More delay: AMCA programme timeline reset as ADA grants more time for proposals

The Aeronautical Development Agency has extended the fighter jet tender deadline. Industry bidders now have two additional months to submit their proposals. This vital defence programme aims for indigenous fifth-generation stealth fighter development. Selected partners must achieve prototype flight within thirty months of contract signing. The Indian Air Force plans to induct these advanced aircraft by mid-2030s.
