Indian State of Sikkim Deploys Sensors at High-Risk Glacial Lakes Following Nepal Disasters

In response to catastrophic flooding in neighboring Nepal, Sikkim has installed monitoring sensors at 16 vulnerable glacial lakes to improve early warning systems and prevent similar disasters.
