Indian Supreme Court Questions Highway Authority on Toll Plaza Surveillance and Encroachments

Following a fatal November 2025 road accident, the Supreme Court has directed the National Highways Authority of India to justify the lack of CCTV coverage at toll plazas and address illegal highway encroachments.
