India's DoT to Use Subscriber Photos to Enforce Nine-SIM Limit

India's Department of Telecommunications (DoT) plans to utilize subscriber photos as a method to enforce the existing guideline that limits individuals to a maximum of nine mobile connections across all telecom operators.
