Lautaro Martinez scored a stoppage-time winner as Inter Milan came from behind to beat Napoli 3-2 and maintain their perfect start to the new Serie A season. Napoli, with former AC Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri back at San Siro, had looked in control after two goals in the space of five minutes early in the second half from Matteo Politano and Rasmus Hojlund.
